We offer a wide range of catheters for ureteral catheterization and urine derivation.
It is used for the catheterization and navigation of the tortous ureter. The tapered tip eases insertion as there are no edges that could interfere with the urethral orifice.
Ureteral catheters are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.
The catheters are made of polyurethane. They have a blue colour.
(Percutaneous Nephrostomy Catheter)
The main reason for the use of percutaneous nephrostomy catheters is to perform temporary diversion of urine associated with urinary obstruction caused by urinary stones. Other common indications include:
PCN catheters are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.

The catheters are made of polyurethane. The needles are made of stainless steel. They have a blue colour.
Stainless steel needle
Stainless steel sheath
Radiopaque pigtail catheter
Pigtail straightener
Catheter and needle assembled
Urine bag connector
It is used for the percutaneous insertion of a pigtail catheter in the renal pelvis for nephrostomy drainage.
The set contains a puncture needle, guide wire, dilators, pigtail catheter, scalpel and urine bag connector.
The sets are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.
The catheters are made of polyurethane. They are blue in colour. The scalpel and needles are made of stainless steel.
The guide wires are made of PTFE Evergreen coated stainless steel.
The urine bag connector is made of PVC. The dilators are made of grey coloured PeBax®.
The Malecot Catheter is used to provide drainage after open renal or bladder surgeries. Malecot wings are employed to provide enhanced drainage and to promote catheter retention. The Malecot Catheter provides maximum softness for enhanced patient comfort and provides an excellent alternative to latex catheters.
The catheters are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.

The Malecot type catheter sets are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.
The catheters are made of polyurethane. They are blue in colour. The scalpel and needles are made of stainless steel.
The guide wires are made of PTFE Evergreen coated stainless steel. The urine bag connector is made of PVC.
The fascial dilators are made of grey coloured PeBax®.
It is used as a nephrostromy drainage catheter and urethral stent. The Malecot Re-Entry is inserted percutaneously through an existing nephrostomy tract.
The catheters are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.
The catheters are made of polyurethane. They are blue in colour.
The Suprapubic Catheters are used to provide drainage following open renal or bladder surgeries. Malecot wings are employed to provide enhanced drainage and to promote catheter retention. The Malecot Catheter provides maximum softness for enhanced patient comfort and provides an excellent alternative to latex catheters.
Suprapubic Catheters can directly puncture through the skin into the urinary bladder thus avoiding the separate insertion, firstly of a needle and then of the catheter.
The catheters are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.
The catheters are made of polyurethane. They are blue in colour.
It is used for the dilation of urethral strictures or urethral dilation prior to ureteroscopy. Radiopaque markers indicate the proximal and distal ends of the balloon.
Ureteral Balloon Dilation Catheters are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.
The catheters are made of nylon. They are blue in colour.
Tiemann catheters are generally used for the catheterization of men suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Tiemann catheters are sometimes used for women too.
Tiemann catheters are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.
The catheters are made of transparent PVC.
The catheter of the clean intermittent cathetering (CIC) type is used for draining urine from the bladder in regular intervals. It can be used to prevent urinary tract infections and wetting by patients that have difficulty emptying the bladder completely. A bladder permanently overfilled with urine creates an ideal environment for rapid bacterial growth. The CIC catheter is able to empty the bladder before the bacteria multiply to the amount which is sufficient to cause infection. The CIC catheter also prevents wetting by patients with overflow incontinence (a condition in which urine leaks from the full bladder and dribbles out).
They are supplied in sterile packaging. They are intended for one-time use only.
